Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Customized Items: Since all products are made to order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from the approved design.

- Non‑Customized Items: Standard apparel (without personalization) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

- Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size, color, or design), we’ll remake or replace the item at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds

- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Non‑Returnable Items

- Products customized with personal names, logos, or designs (unless defective).

- Clearance or final‑sale items.

- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.​
